Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse in a residential community. You will be expected to ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and safe for use by residents and guests..
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor access to the clubhouse and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed to enter
- Ensure that the clubhouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed for events and activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed for events and activities
- Maintain an inventory of clubhouse supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are followed in the clubhouse
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and complaints
- Assist in planning and coordinating community events and activities
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Basic computer skills
