CLIENT RELATIONSHIP LEAD (SALES/MARKETING)

GREAT ENTRY LEVEL POSITION FOR MARKETING STUDENT OR RECENT MARKETING GRADUATE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE!

This role will aid in building a new business and build relations with a new clients. Immediate need!

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale – passes and memberships.

The primary responsibility is to grow the number of dogs in daycare.

· Fully understand the daycare and boarding model

· Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services

· Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents

· Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s) for the Center

· Determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center

· Establish and manage the Guerilla marketing effort for the Center

· Implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign

· Manage the referral program

· Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center

· Convert the Meet & Greets to a pass or membership sale

· Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet

· Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

· Update and Follow-up on Social Media (facebook, Instagram,etc)

· Networking with local rescues, dog service industry businesses, Veteran organizations for shared marketing events

· Manage local events for Dogtopia of Cherry Hill and Dogtopia Foundation to bring awareness of our foundation and its purpose

Requirements:

o Proven work experience in sales

o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

o Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
