Row 34 is an award winning high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in the Fort Point area of Boston, MA, Burlington, MA, and Portsmouth, NH and soon to be in Cambridge, MA! Nestled in the heart of Kendall Square on Main St, Row 34 is set to open its new doors at the beginning of 2023. The space is located in a brand new building adjacent to the Kendall Square Red Line stop. It will feature a brand new state of the art kitchen, private dining and an incredible bar space, sure to wow Row 34 die-hards as well as first timers.
Row 34 Cambridge is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join the team of hard working professionals. Ideally, Row 34 would like to hire the right Chef well ahead of opening for ample training time in our other locations. This management position will invest heavily in Row 34’s service, hourly and management teams and the overall operations of the restaurant. This role requires the GM and CDC to be in lock step with one another, a united front for preparation and execution of service.
The CDC is supported by active ownership, operations management and event sales, all working towards shared goals.
Requirements:
Must be professional, confident and kind
Must have appropriate cooking experience and knowledge
Must be an excellent communicator
Work closely with front of house team to meet guest expectations
Experience managing back of the house in fast-paced restaurants appreciated
Should be excited about learning, teaching, and stepping out of comfort zones

Salary is competitive (starting at $75K), plus an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package including:
