CEC Quality Analyst - Command Center Job at Holman

Primary Purpose of Position
Real-time monitoring of CEC Service staff through our Workforce management software
Support the Command Center Analyst with ad-hoc schedule updates through Alvaria
WFM Support of real time adherence
Management and execution of monthly scheduling in WFM
WFM ad hoc scheduling
Distribution of intra day reporting to leadership team
Daily Workday integration review & responsibility to correct and communicate issues as they arise
Assist with Quality projects as needed
Back up the Command Center Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst as needed
Relevant Work Experience:
Prior call center quality assurance experience required
Familiarity with sales and service customer calls a plus
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Possesses initiative, customer focus, and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be organized and detail oriented
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
