Job Functions:
- Greets every guest with a smile and is courteous
- Must be upbeat with excellent conversational skills in a fast pace environment
- Completes floor chart and assigns stations and side work.
- Inputs all guests in QuickQue Table Management System
- Verifies player status in Kanomi
- Ensures all closing duties are completed
- Ensures excellent guest service
- Participates in departmental meetings as required
- Promotes the Casino through good will and positive attitude
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Knows the menu items and prices
- Keeps rotation sheet filled out, tracking server’s guests
- Assures that all guests are seated at clean, properly set up tables
- Helps servers and bussers when not seating guests
- Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic
- Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Handles any guest’s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensures thorough communication between shifts
- Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures
- Performs other duties specified or assigned
Job Requirements:
- Understands and complies with all company/departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Effective at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to communicate by telephone
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, sitting, twisting, bending, & lifting
