House of Dank is seeking a Store Manager for one of our retail locations in South East Michigan.

What you’ll do…

• Coordinate and monitor all operations for a fast-paced retail dispensary
• Manage all employees including the Management Team, Walk-In Team, Curbside Team, Delivery Team, and Inventory Team
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Create schedules, approve/deny time-off requests, and notate all attendance issues
• Mentor, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to ensure exemplary customer service
• Participate in interviewing and hiring new employees along with the Corporate Human Resources Team
• Ensure compliance with State regulations with the Corporate Compliance Team
• Oversee merchandising of the sales floor, with assistance from the Corporate Marketing Team
• Communicate with General Managers and Corporate Teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for…

• Previous managerial experience REQUIRED
• Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED
• Open availability REQUIRED
• Strong familiarity with Metrc and LeafLogix is greatly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and lead others
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry

Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.
