At Axis Global Enterprises, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with high energy and an ambitious drive, who is focused on exceptional client satisfaction from the prospect’s first contact with Axis Global Enterprise, Inc. They will act as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including project acquisition, pre-construction services, estimating, and coordination with the management team regarding their required input to achieve successful management, delivery of the project, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

· Determine and execute a business development strategy, growing our opportunities and sales pipeline

· Develop proposals and contracts designed to attract the customer by researching customer requirements and leveraging customer relationships

· Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics for existing and new clients.

· Generate and deliver impactful proposals with professional executive level presentations that lead to signed contracts.

· Develop and maintain leads, review lead sources, participate and help guide the identification of targeted projects.

· Maintain a strong pipeline to meet / exceed personal and corporate sales metrics

· Constantly learn about our business, follow industry-related developments, and maintain an entrepreneurial drive

· Develop and maintain relationship with customers to gain knowledge of future market and customer needs to develop future business opportunities

· Coordinate and cooperate with other members of the operations team to ensure the customer’s needs are achieved.

Requirements:

· Five years of business development and/or estimating experience in and around the construction industry.

· Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience required.

· Thorough working knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems [scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development].

· Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Understanding of residential and mainly the commercial construction industry.

· Strong leadership qualities.

· Able to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment dealing with multiple team members and client’s needs.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
