Building Caretaker Job at ShipRock Management
ShipRock Management is a full service residential property management company based out of Duluth, MN. We have been in operation for over 15 years and offer a very fun, fast paced, and enjoyable work environment.
We are hiring for a fulltime caretaker to help upkeep two higher end properties in Duluth. Duties are as follows:
- Grounds keeping: Light landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
- Apartment Turn Overs: Mostly painting and other light maintenance responsibilities.
- Common area cleaning: Overflow common area cleaning when our cleaning crew is busy or short handed.
- Apartment Cleaning: Overflow apartment cleaning during busier times of the month and year.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position would be fulltime with standard daytime hours. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Applicants must have a driver's license and a clean background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
