Boys Varsity Baseball Coach - West Rutland School- West Rutland School is seeking applicants to fill our Boys Varsity Baseball coaching position for the 2022-23 school year. Looking for candidates who possess a strong baseball knowledge and have a passion to teach the game. Applicants must be able to take direction from the athletic Director and adhere to school athletic policies, procedures and established expectations. Candidates should help create an environment that fosters individual improvement , fair play, sportsmanship and teamwork.
Applicants must be able to develop a solid rapport with student-athletes, provide positive leadership and model/teach and uphold the ideals of good sportsmanship. Applicants oversee the West Rutland School baseball program at all grade levels and provide opportunities for their athletes in conjunction with the school, that extend beyond the competition season. Applicant's screening process will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
