Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders.
- Prepare food and drinks as necessary to complete orders.
- Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card.
- Provide accurate change to customers.
- Focus on the best service to our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
- Has integrity and takes initiative.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.
- Can stand for long periods of time.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for the Teaspoon brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Teaspoon products and nutrition.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Previous restaurant/foodservice experience recommended.
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word and Excel)
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach throughout assigned shifts.
- Ability to be mobile
- Must be eligible to work in The United States.
- Must agree to a background check
