JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking to hire a BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) DISPATCH/OPERATIONS MANAGER to direct and oversee the activities of our subcontracted flooring installers for our Jacksonville, Florida market. This position will focus on subcontractor work order assignment/dispatch and flooring installation inspection to ensure our subcontractors are performing satisfactory work.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assign and dispatch of work orders to subcontracted flooring installers
  • Will recruit subcontractors to maintain or build our pool of subcontracted flooring installers
  • On-going communication and collaboration with management, internal departments and customers.
  • Ensure subcontractor insurance requirements are met and maintained.
  • Inspect flooring installations and ensure warranties are completed properly and timely.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To be successful in this role:
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (Fluent Spanish/English), both spoken and written – required.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of flooring products or flooring installation.
  • Prefer an individual who has prior experience dispatching/assigning work to subcontractors.
  • Able to gain subcontractor rapport to motivate them to do their best work in a fast-paced multi-family industry, with 40 - 50 job orders ready to go out a day.
  • Able to work well independently and have strong time management skills
  • Not afraid to multi-task and juggle priorities.
  • Great follow-up skills, proactively keeps the manager and our customers informed on key issues and activities.
  • Motivated by being able to directly impact our company's growth and success.
  • Technology savvy, able to use computer-based business tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Office Word and Excel, etc.
Must have a valid Driver's License
