Benefits Specialist Job at Southeast Delco School District
Southeast Delco School District seeks a Benefit Specialist to join its Office of Human Resources. This is a full-time, 12-month position which requires prior experience working with insurance benefits, enrollment and workers’ compensation. The ideal candidate must have minimal qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent while an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business is preferred. Must have experience with administering health, Rx, vision, dental insurance and COBRA benefits which includes active employees and retirees. Must have experience generating reports, working with databases, and processing invoices which include making adjustments to coverage for payment. Must have experience processing/tracking leaves of absence and knowledge of FMLA requirements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $50,700.00 per year
