We are seeking an enthusiastic behavior analyst to join a growing program in Decatur, IL. This role would involve working with our team as part of the our therapy services to adults with developmental disabilities within our agency and, in the future, the greater community, including children and adolescents. This position would provide ABA services to our clients and facilitate a portion of staff training as it relates to promoting independence, behavioral interventions, and treatment plans.
Qualifications include:
- Completed or nearly completed 1500 hours of coursework, training, and/or supervised professional experience in the application of behavior analysis as supervised by a BCBA and per IDHS guidelines
- Bachelors Degree in a Human Service Field, ideally Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Great initiative
- Highly organized
- High work ethic and self-accountability
- Team player
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License in good standing
This is a full-time salaried position with flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home on treatment plans and paperwork. Salary is negotiable based on experience and education. Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance. Company paid CEUs.
