Bartender

Warehouse Cinemas is a new movie theater company dedicated to creating moments worth remembering for our guests. The spacious lounge area includes a full bar with 28 taps of self-serve craft beer, a quick-serve concession stand with old and new food favorites, and plenty of hang-out areas for making memories with friends pre/post movie.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience at our bar and self-serve tap wall. Top candidates will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, and display knowledge of craft beer, wine, and liquor. We're looking for hard-working candidates with a positive attitude, and stellar customer service skills to join our team!

Shifts available weekdays for day shift, and weekends. Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and thanking guests in a friendly manner
Providing excellent customer service
Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Executing open/close checklists with accuracy and timeliness
Thorough knowledge of all bar recipes, including movie-themed specials
Thorough knowledge of current beers on tap
Thorough knowledge of all menus
Maintaining safety and cleanliness at the bar during shift
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a bartender or server preferred, but applicants new to the role are encouraged to apply
At least 21 years of age
Working knowledge of basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
