We are looking for an assistant to our pastry team! Some experience in baking is required but this is an entry level position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cookies, pies, desserts etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Stamp out dough and prepare for pastry production
- We hand-make all our pastries in house.
- Any tasks as required by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
