We're looking for our next great Kitchen Back of House (BOH) Team Members!

As a BOH Member, you will work in a fast paced and high pressure team environment, exhibit good and clear communication amongst teammates, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure all food is prepared with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to meet our appearance policy regarding Tattoos: No visible tattoos on the face or neck, no visible tattoos of a offensive nature
• Must be able to meet our appearance policy regarding for Hair: Only natural hair colors, no eccentric hairstyles, no false eyelashes, long hair must be pulled back off the shoulders.
• Must be able to meet our appearance policy regarding Facial Hair: Only acceptable styles are neatly trimmed mustache, goatee or full beard with clearly defined lines that are no longer than ½” in hair length.
• Must be able to meet our appearance policy regarding Jewelry: Only plain (no diamonds) stud earrings in the lobe of each ear, necklaces must be tucked in to shirt, Only plain band ring styles allowed (wedding band with no diamonds), no visible body or dental modifications
• Must be able to meet our appearance policy regarding Fingernails: Length must not extend beyond the finger tip with facing palm, no false fingernails or fingernail gems, no fingernail polish in food service areas.
