Gregory Mitsubishi is actively recruiting and hiring a Mitsubishi Apprentice Technician that is interested in expanding their knowledge

Mitsubishi Apprentice Technician Essential Duties:

• Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed.
• Replenishes supplies as requested by technicians or service manager.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Attends training classes and departmental meetings.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal automotive schooling certificate; and/or two years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

• To maintain his stall in an orderly and clean manner
• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Good knowledge of automobiles

• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferred
• Valid Driver's License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regularly required to stand, sit, and, walk around the premises
• Frequently required to work on a computer
• Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 80 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work performed in the automotive dealer environment where a noise level is moderate
