Automotive Detailing Technician(Open to Entry Level) Job at Lexus of Wayzata
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Detailing Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.
Located at Lexus of Wayzata, the Automotive Detailing Technician is responsible for overall cleaning and detailing of the vehicles at the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and orbital buffer.
- Wash the exterior and interior of a vehicle according to the customer's wishes.
- Shampoo & vacuum interior (seats, rugs, trunk, roof)
- Vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery, and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains.
- Apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
- Cleaning and removing any grease on engines or engine compartments.
Job Requirements:
***Must be willing to work on Saturday's***
- Previous experience in automotive detailing- preferred
- Physical duties include standing for extended hours, bending, lifting -up to 50 pounds, etc.- required
- Valid driver's license- required
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations- required
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy- required
- Full- time availability- required
