Job Responsibilities:
- Review each Repair order for compliance with Manufacturer Warranty Policy
- Book the repair order lines based on Cause and Complaint and technician story
- Follow up utilizing internal communication lines to inquire on any items prior to finalizing the booking
- Work with assigned Warranty Administrators on any common issues to resolve quickly and maintain manufacturer requirements
- Alert Senior Warranty Administrator of any Back flags or other adjustments needed
- Maintain up to date training requirements when required by Manufacturer
- Assist Dealership Management with Warranty processing procedures and improvements to avoid unnecessary adjustments or invalid claims
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Dealership Warranty booking experience is a plus
- Experience using CDK is a plus
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work extended hours at mid-month and month end cutoffs
