Amber Hills Assisted Living Facility at Cambria Care Center offers 30 well-appointed assisted living apartments with a variety of comfortable layouts offering an emergency response system color TV with cable, wall to wall carpeting, and more! Amber Hills also offers a secure center for the memory impaired with 29 personal care studios. The environment is secure, self-contained and comfortable. To support this growing community, our center seeks Assisted Living Aide to assist with all daily activities on a resident-by-resident basis.Assisted Living Aide responsibilities include: Providing/assisting with all daily living activities, as needed by residents Promoting independence and self-sufficiency through hands-on assistance to residents with ADLs Administering medications and basic treatments, as appropriate
Obtaining accurate temperature, pulse, respirations and records surrounding intake and output, and delivering prompt, proper incontinence care Assisting with admission including orienting new residents and bringing personal items, as requested Making residents’ beds, as needed Candidates with medication management certification and a proven track record of success in a similar role preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring.
