PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a Property Management client in Traverse City, MI who is actively looking to hire a qualified individual for an Assistant Property Manager position.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Monitoring/assisting in all leasing activity
• Processing move-in/move-outs
• Reviewing and monitoring resident renewals
• Overseeing resident billings and delinquency collections
• Daily and weekly property status reporting
• Scanning and entering bank deposits
• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Coordinating resident events
• Participating in marketing campaigns for print, on-line, and direct mailing advertisements
• Working with maintenance team on community/grounds-related issues
• Supervising and motivating the leasing team to ensure excellent customer service

Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 2-4 years of residential property management experience
• Able to multi-task and maintain a positive enthusiastic attitude
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Can demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Be available to work some Saturdays
• Ability to successfully pass preemployment drug screen and background check
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using property management software (Onsite preferred)
