WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assists in managing cultivation operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
  • Oversees all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, and inventory management
  • Manages grow warehouse protocols and adjust par levels accordingly as necessary
  • Standardizes processes for, and coaches supervisors/team leads on, proper growing techniques
  • Oversees nutrient and fertilizer regiments making any necessary changes to feed logbooks, with constant monitoring of the pH, PPM/EC, and moisture content levels in all grow rooms
  • Manages irrigation schedules and run times working closely with CNV and Flower Supervisors
  • Responsible for organizing daily and weekly work assignments, oversight and management of employee's time and attendance, schedules, and performance

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

Required

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • 3+ years of experience in the cultivation industry, horticulture, or agriculture
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience leading teams
  • Understanding of cannabis genetics and plant characteristics
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in windows-based software, relevant software systems, and Internet navigation
  • Must be able to maintain full schedule and attendance. Must abide to all extended hours due to any and all cultivation demands and operations

Preferred

  • Experience in introducing new varieties of plants and regional cultivation knowledge
  • Prior experience in the Cannabis Industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to push, pull and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks in small spaces that can be high in heat, high in humidity, wet or dry
  • Exposure to extreme hot and humid temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the duration of the shift
  • This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
