Tasks Main Responsibilities Include:
ï‚· Coordinate under the CSA Team the incident control applications related to applications.
ï‚· Diagnosis/Analysis/Channels Resolution.
ï‚· Bank Applications – part of Alhambra System: is a multichannel architecture solution that affects
different fronts: Branches (Servicing, Finesse), Mobility (Retail), Back Office, Contact Center Channel,
(CC Servicing and CIC Portal), Multichannel (ISC, IOC, Audit Log), Internet Channel (Internet SME,
IRIS, BOB, Billpay, Webpay, Internet Retail).
ï‚· IT Career or similar.
ï‚· Patching of Servers and software applications.
ï‚· Scheduled and ad-hoc reboot of servers and services – proactivity.
ï‚· Co-ordinate with Implementation areas on any patching and outage activities on the servers.
ï‚· Work with infrastructure support team and implementation team during disaster recovery testing.
ï‚· Work with implementation team on month end activities and planned enhancements to provide
support.
ï‚· Work with vendor technical support on technical issues and defects, if applies.
ï‚· Drives issues resolution calls with all the appropriate vendors.
ï‚· Archival and purging of application system files such as logs, audit data etc.
ï‚· Perform scheduled and ad-hoc application level backups.
ï‚· Review server performance metrics; analyze logs and ongoing tuning of system.
ï‚· Good functional knowledge on banking operations and specifically Applications.
ï‚· Intermediate knowledge of technical tools and programming languages: UNIX, LINUX, DATABASE.
ï‚· Basic knowledge of FATWIRE.
ï‚· Proven ability to effectively communicate with management.
ï‚· Demonstrated good written, oral and telephone communication skills.
ï‚· Demonstrated spelling and grammar skills and attention to detail.
ï‚· Demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent issues.
ï‚· Able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
ï‚· Able to multi-task and refocus based on changing priorities.
ï‚· Able to communicate effectively and patiently with both customers and employees.
ï‚· Able to take ownership of projects and to show initiative.
ï‚· Demonstrated analytical and cognitive skills.
ï‚· Must have Can Do attitude and ability to improvise when facing unexpected situations.
