Responsible for file maintenance input into CDS (ERP-Enterprise Resource System) for selection master financial data and pricing attributes for all music and merchandise products. Position will also be responsible for managing specific operational processes and provide light administration support for department teams.

What you'll do:

  • Provide system updates of product financial data and pricing attributes, along with changes to pricing campaigns, regional deals and customer level contract pricing and restrictions.
  • Evaluate and monitor all aspects of merchandise product creation and workflow.
  • Review audit reports for pricing and deal files to ensure accuracy; make corrections as needed.
  • Analyze, develop, and maintain processes for mapping customer data to internal data for revenue processing. Create sales files uploads for various consignment and manufacture on demand customers and provide billing documents as required.
  • Review and analyze billing requests from various non-trade departments (Podcast, RoyaltyShare, etc.) and make changes/corrections to billing input. Provide internal and external collection support including monthly ATB report, vendor forms, invoice requests, and all other customer requests to ensure revenue receipt/payment.
  • Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management teams when necessary to accelerate the collection. process, track cash receipts and create journal entry offsets as needed.
  • Provide weekly reporting for merchandise consignment inventory, analyze sales data, forecast inventory positions, and provide recommendations for reorders. Work with vendor to assure data is accurate on artist ecommerce sites.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and sales teams.
  • Coordinate departmental tasks as needed, including but not limited to, processing expenses, travel, departmental gratis, coding of invoices and time sheets.
  • Special projects as needed.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance preferred.
  • Computer literacy required, along with Excel, pivot tables, pivot tables and various excel functions abilities.
  • Solid research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management.
  • Disciplined self-starter with can-do attitude; proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects; detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
  • Tenacity is essential; must be hard-wired to find the answer.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $58,500 to $65,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
