Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales calls to targeted accounts in assigned territory
- Contact prospective customers to promote and sell AKRS product and programs
- Access customer needs to effectively sell parts and service
- Grow parts and service sales in assigned territory according to budget and goals for the year
- Follow defined sales processes, using Salesforce to track and capture customer activity
- The minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred
- 5+ years of Agriculture Equipment product knowledge required
- 3+ years parts sales preferred
- Knowledgeable and competent with technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to identify potential, supply solutions and close sales
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
