$18 - $23 an hour

ELM Utility Services is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will perform a range of administrative duties, including keeping track of running inventory, purchasing, coordinating fleet repairs, working with the Human Resources department on new hire onboarding processes, communicating with field technicians and data entry.

Specific qualifications for the position include:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 1-3 years previous office experience.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent writing skills and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Experience with Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Must have solid oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with Administrative, Management and Executive personnel.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
