Administrative Assistant Job at Karen Ferguson Team, RE/MAX Elite
The administrative assistant must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal person for this position will be friendly, professional, and a strong communicator with a passion for serving others. This position will assist a busy real estate agent with a variety of tasks, such as maintaining client database, mailing marketing materials, placing/picking up yard signs, taking pictures and other administrative tasks. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable prioritizing and taking care of their daily tasks to get things accomplished without minimum direct supervision. The ideal candidate needs ample experience administrative tasks and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as comfortable with technology. Experience in marketing and social media a plus. This person must be able move to with a sense of urgency to ensure tasks are completed, phone calls are answered and customers are being served with excellent customer service.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Able to be professional in communication. appearance and presentation when speaking with or meeting clients.
- Excellent at assessing the needs of the team leader and being proactive at organizing and preparing for the teams listing appointments.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as, but not limited to creating/printing post cards, creating/mailing marketing materials, placing/picking up yard signs, taking pictures and videos and other administrative tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining customer database
- Must have a can do attitude with a positive attitude and desire to grow.
- Responsible for the marketing of our team and our listings in all social media, print, and signage used.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
