Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving, entering and completing all accounts payable invoicing.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
- Enter all accounts payable invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner.
- Works with all teams to verify any discrepancies during the input of the invoices.
- Works with human resources to reconcile all insurance related invoices.
- Weekly accounts payable reports to verify account activity.
- Work directly with CFO to pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Month End Bank account statement reconciliation.
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
