Job Summary:
The Account Manager helps facilitate client projects and strategies, ensuring they meet our clients’ requirements. They will work as a partner and advisor to the clients, have a visible presence with client management, will listen to, react to, and resolve issues, identify opportunities, and implement solutions. To be successful in this position, you must have great communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work quickly, remain detail-oriented, and can collaborate with the team. Projects include large volume graphic design, production art, customization/updating of existing consumer campaigns, sourcing, print, and distribution. Our team strives to uphold the agency’s vision and standards of creativity, timeliness, and accuracy, to achieve our clients’ goals. We truly are an extension of our clients’ creative teams and have the pleasure of working alongside them.
This position requires on-site work at the regional Madison Avenue Worldwide office located in Kissimmee/Celebration, FL area 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and working remotely (from home) 2 days a week (Monday & Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Initiates project plan and schedule, monitors the progress, provides status reports, resolves holdups, executes, and implements
- Ownership over meetings, client communication, and finding new opportunities within clients' business
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on-brand
- Develops strategic, long-term partnerships with clients
- Creates and presents estimates, invoices, and reports
- Establishes and tracks metrics for budgets, quality, and ROI
- Assists with proofreading and validating artwork throughout all stages of the project when there is a backlog
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize and facilitate workload
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Takes a proactive approach and anticipates challenges to prevent risks
- Manages others to deliver on promises made to the client
- Ability to maintain productivity and quality while working at an expedited pace
- Identifies and recommends process improvements
- Open to constructive critique and feedback
- Self-motivated individual who seeks to provide quality results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education and/or experience in marketing or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
