What You’ll be doing:

The National Channel Accounts Director is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing all aspects of our relationships with National Strategic Partners, TSBs, and Distributors. In this role, you will build the proactive partnership with National and Global Partners, and their respective ecosystem of sub-agents and resellers. This position involves being the subject matter expert and advocate for these partners across all levels of management. You will develop business plans, sales alignment, and strategy as well as define and track the success metrics. This role will be responsible for identifying and penetrating new and focus territories to expand these accounts and align efforts from departments across both organizations. This person will coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment of partner activities with the strategies that exist within our channel organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Manage and grow the partnership with our National Strategic Partners (VARs), TSBs, and Distributors
  • Identify TSB key Influencers and create a plan to make them LiveVox Champions
  • Internally establish relationships with LiveVox direct sales leaders, sales engineers, account managers, Commissions, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Build, execute, and track strategic business plans and budgets for the National Partners
  • Manage and serve as the escalation path for the end user/customer and partners to ensure a excellent customer experience
  • Conduct regular enablement sessions across different functions within the National Partners’ organization.
  • Develop joint business opportunities and execute programs and initiatives that drive growth
  • Build partner recruitment plan and associated pipeline to generate revenue opportunities in key market segments
  • Build and manage partner revenue forecast models
  • Be the internal voice and advocate for the national accounts within the organizational channel strategy
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnels of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in CCaaS sales or related experience in a National Channel position working with TSBs.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated achievement in creating, building, and growing partner channels
  • Proven ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with partners, customers, internal teams, and leadership towards a common goal of growth.
  • Comfortable and successful in a fast paced, growth-oriented company
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external executive level audience
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent partner-facing and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to travel a min. of 25%


LiveVox is a fair pay environment. This job is assigned to our job and pay structure at an annual base salary range of US$ 140,000 - US$ 190,000 plus variable comp. Specific offers within that range are determined based on your experience and demonstrated skills and abilities and at internal equity as compared to our existing employees in similar jobs at a similar level.
