LPN needed full time for The Guidance Center. Looking for an experienced individual who possesses a positive team player attitude. Must be comfortable working with mental health clients of all ages. Will be responsible for 5 day/week day shift, Monday - Friday and ONE Saturday a month.
Essential Functions:
+ Patient vital signs
+ Administering injections
+ Observing and recording patients’ conditions and reactions to medications and
treatments
+ Formulation of the plan of nursing care and evaluation of the client's
individualized response to the care rendered
+ Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies to perform Prior
Authorization requests for prescribed medications when needed.
+ Monitoring, and documenting the symptoms and changes in clients
conditions
+ Calling test/lab results to patients as instructed by provider
Requirements:
+ License practical nursing certification and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
+ Must be at least 21 years old
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
