Responsibilities
- Responsible for all daily drink service and operations
- Hire and train tea baristas, in charge of daily performance management; provide coaching and direction to all members in the store
- Be responsible for quality and safety / sanitation controls
- Manage the inventory of supplies, and coordinate purchasing process
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs when needed
Job Requirement
- 2+ years of related experience (good to have)
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Experience in people management
