We are seeking a business-minded and ambitious wireless sales associate to join our dynamic team. As a wireless sales associate, you will be responsible for selling wireless products and services to customers, while providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Educate customers on wireless products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist in the activation and processing of new accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 18+.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours/including weekends.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
