WORK HOURS:
Hours include practices and evening and weekend competitions. Hours will vary pending level and events. The Winter Color Guard Season will run from November through April.
JOB DUTIES:
Lead, direct, organize and coach the Sauk Rapids-Rice Winter Color Guard program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Directing and/or performance experience with Winter Color Guard
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Supervision experience
- Ability to teach and coach skills needed for Winter Color Guard
- CPR/AED certification preferred
SALARY:
Based on the Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Associations Master Agreement Lane BA+10 at 9%
