ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Duties include but are not limited to performing welding procedures such as: Mig welding, ability to weld in all positions. Meet established production and quality standards conform to all company attendance, safety, and personnel policies.
- Have good math skills, add subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers/fractions.
- A person must possess the ability to read blueprints, sketches, or specifications.
- Work in team environment and assist in other areas as needed.
- Have good housekeeping habits and strict adherence to safety, maintain equipment and machinery.
- Being self- motivated to follow through assigned tasks without a great amount of supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines; able to prioritize.
- Ability to comply with all work-related deadlines and be available for overtime if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred.
- Previous-welding experience and strong math skills. Experience reading blueprints.
