Village Concepts of Bothell, Riverside East has an opportunity for reliable, dependable PT Receptionist to work Saturday and Sunday, Day shift.
This is a great position for someone looking to earn extra money working part time.* Must be able to read, speak and write English clearly. Enjoys interacting with residents, staff and guests and does so comfortably and graciously. An ability and desire to work with seniors is a must! Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Position Summary:
- Assist with answering all incoming calls, both internal and external, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner
- Greet all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a friendly and helpful manner
- General customer service duties
- General Administrative tasks
Specific Requirements:
- Regular, punctual attendance
- Ability to remain calm during tense situations
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Must possess good communication skills to deal with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other staff personnel
