Description: This person shows a high standard of performance while leading by example and setting the culture with all Support Specialists in our residental BRS youth home (Behavioral Rehabilitaiton Services). This person needs to perform well independently, staying on task and upholding the standards of the homes we run. The Weekend House Manager is a full-time position. The schedule is listed below. There may be some variation on the schedule due to staffing. The Weekend House Manager must possess a clear understanding of the vision and commitment to the mission of The Source. This position oversees the day to day operations of the home. They must maintain an in-depth knowledge of the WAC rules and regulations, as well as internal rules and regulations that surpass the state requirements, to ensure our homes are running to their full potential. The Weekend House Manager will report directly to the Program Director.

Qualifications:

Education: Highschool Diploma or GED Experience: Minimum of (2) years experience working with vulnerable population Experience: (1) year experience working in a supervisory role  Certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, BBP, Therapeutic Options, Behavior Managements, Adolescent Development

Duties: Oversee the maintenance of assigned Source Youth Home and assume responsibility for making sure all Residential Specialists are complying with assigned tasks/duties while on shift. Complete all trainings as assigned by management to further skills applicable to this position. Ensure All Safety Measures are in Compliance Daily (ie. Fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, fire escape ladders etc.) All general maintenance of residential grounds (including interior and exterior) Display good relational techniques with boys and lead by example for all Support Specialists  Responsible for implementation and adherence of child specific care plans  Continue to collect data regarding the care plan, provide adequate documentation  Responsible for completing and/or ensuring Support Specialists have completed all daily, weekly and monthly checklists while on shift  Provide direct supervision to the Support Specialists when on shift Maintain a clear and professional relationship with the Administration Team, Support Specialists and all DCYF representatives. Create an environment of peace and unity where discord is neither welcomed nor tolerated.  Provide proper in-house training to all new hires when assigned  Apply firm, fair and consistent discipline and regulate the discipline assigned by other Support Specialists.  Provide on-call services when scheduled or if needed.

Saturday: 8am – 12am Sunday: 8am – 12am Wednesday: 10am-6pm + On Call
