Job Scope:

Jogan Health is looking for a Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of relevant experience. As a website manager for Jogan Health, you will maintain and improve our corporate website while acting as the lead for design and development of new intra- and extra-net websites. Along with website management, our ideal candidate will be fluent in Wordpress, UI design, HTML, CSS, Javascript and have an eye for detail. Knowledge of Adobe (CS) and copywriting is a plus. We are a collaborative, creative & performance driven team looking for someone with a similar mindset and goal.

Daily Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build & maintain our website
• Build in web experimentation tactics to improve key metrics and utilize insights to better understand user behavior
• Ensure continuous improvement in user experience and engagement
• Manage & report success metrics
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Assist team in various graphic design projects

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or design
• Fluent in Wordpress website design, building & management
• Knowledge of UI design and performance
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript
• Adobe creative suite (preferred)
• Copywriting (preferred)
• An eye for detail and a passion for clean code, performance & organization
• Ability to multi-task and being creativity to the team
• Honest, trustworthy, and hard working

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
