The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with factory and Fletcher Jones standards.

Salary
- $30 - $40 / hour
Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements
- Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed
- Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
- Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator required
- Previous experience as a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator preferred
- Detail-oriented
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Professional appearance and eagerness to improve in all aspects
