- FlexShift Order Selectors (PT or FT hours)
- Full-time Reach Lift Operators
- Full-time Receivers

Benefits:
- UNFI warehouse team members start at $21.25/hour and can earn up to $25/hour after paid training with shift premiums productivity incentives - we pay an extra $2/hr for freezer premiums!
- We pay an extra $1.25/hr for shifts starting after 3 PM! Full-time FlexShift warehouse worker start times will vary, but range from 9:30 AM, 11 AM, and 3 PM for shipping and between 2 AM - 6 AM for receiving.
- We also pay an extra $2/hr for all weekend shifts!
- We do not screen for THC!
- Our warehouse employees receive WEEKLY paychecks and annual pay increases!
- UNFI associates can take advantage of 25% discounts on wholesale purchases and access to our on-site store immediately.
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability are other benefits full-time associates will receive after 30 days of employment.
- We offer 401K with a company match of up to 50% and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements:
- At least six months of experience in a large warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Weekend availability
- Experience with a single or double electric pallet jack and/or reach lifts preferred
- Ability to safely lift to 75lbs continuously throughout your shift
- All associates must be over 18 to be employed at UNFI
- Ability to pick products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen upon offer we don't screen for THC!
- Drivers must pass DOT pre-employment screen (MVR, Physical, Drug test, and background check) upon offer.
