Warehouse Utility Lead - 2nd shift Job at Four Seasons Produce, Inc.
Lead the work activity for up to 12 associates on a regular basis.
Available Schedules:
1. Week 1 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (2nd shift, 2:30pm start)
2. Week 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; Week 2 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (2nd shift, 2:30pm start)

- Champion safety, food safety, and continuous improvement for warehouse operations
- Develop, coach, and train team members to maintain a safe, clean, positive work environment
- Plan daily work tasks using system information and information gathered from other leaders
- Communicate workload for the day, sharing upcoming events, safety topics, and special assignments to the team
- Monitor performance by collaborating with other leaders and follow up with associates to achieve the daily goals
- Identify problems and find root causes to issues preventing the work from being completed
- Set an example consistent with Four Seasons Family of Companies core values
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, including 2 years experience operating material handling equipment
- Broad based computer skills
- Prior experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and train others
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, problem-solve, multi-task, and make sound decisions
