Starting wage is $19.50 Based on our schedule, which includes 8 hours of overtime per pay period, your average hourly rate is $20.43 per hour worked.

Raises are determined by how quickly you learn and show proficiency. The right candidates can apply themselves and progress by almost $2 per hour within the first year, with continued opportunities for raises and promotions!!

This position works in our Finishing Department.


We make NatureFlex and Cellophane packaging films. These are biodegradable and compostable products to help reduce plastic pollution around the world! Since they are made from renewal wood pulp as a raw material, we essentially make transparent paper. Join us and we will show you how.

Responsibilities:
The Finishing Department consists of multiple processes that insure we provide the best product possible to our customers. This area will perform final checks prior to the product leaving the facility.
Duties include:
  • Ensure finished product meets customer specifications for weight, quality, labeling, and order quantity.
  • Prepare product for shipment by pulling from warehouse, properly wrapping, palletizing, banding, securing loads for proper shipment utilizing powered equipment.
  • Stage shipments insuring proper paperwork and labels are in place for import/export, and shipping instructions to destinations worldwide.
  • Enter paperwork in computer systems for proper tracking.
  • Report any concerns or issues regarding finished product to appropriate leadership.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
  • Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Demonstrated focus and attention to safety
  • Good attendance and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to think independently, while working within company structures and guidelines
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly
