Warehouse Order Selector
Anchorage, AK
Potential to earn over $800, Paid Weekly
Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday
1st Shift
- 6:00am Start Time
3rd Shift
- 5:00pm Start Time
Schedule set at time of hire
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and carry out directions as provided by team lead
- Demonstrate accuracy of work at all times
- Navigate warehouse equipment to ensure orders are properly picked and prepared
- Package customer orders according to order requests
- Review documentation and work following procedures laid out
- Completed tasks within set timeframes
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to optimize work completion
- Assist with training of new team members
- Ensure company safety guidelines and policies are met at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as an order selector in a warehouse is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Fast learner with the willingness to improve
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven expertise in getting consumer orders correctly
- Proficient in technology including RF Scanners
- Diligent and meticulous in ensuring accuracy
- High work ethics to meet company policies and guidelines
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 75lbs
- Must be able to stand for long hours at a time
