The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Track and manage inventory to maintain 100% accuracy
· Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
· Shipping and Receiving coordinator
· Verify Outbound Load Sheets for 100% accuracy
· Create Load Sheets for Customer’s pick up at facility
· Manage warehouse staff
· Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
· Assessing project and resource requirements
· Organizes relevant training sessions
· Always keeps plant clean and orderly
· Enforce 5s Methodology
· Any other duties may be assigned
Required Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· 5 years of warehouse/plant management experience
· Self-Starter and Organizational Skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
· A keen eye for detail is a must
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
· Ability to solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Physical Demands
· Requires to be physically active for long periods
· Able to walk, stand, bend, squat for extended periods of time
· Able to lift, carry, push, pull and lift to 50 pounds
Hours
· Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be available during normal office hours and job hours that may vary depending upon other established duties and responsibilities as directed by the VP of Operations and any additional time as required to meet goals and objectives which it may require to work some weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
