Warehouse Coordinator Job at Gourmet Foods International
Job Overview
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will collaborate and help coordinate all administrative needs and support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards excellent communication skills and can take the initiative and prioritize daily tasks.
What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Limited answering of telephones - give information as needed, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Preparing/printing, sorting, and filing invoices.
- Prepare various status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adhere to goals.
- Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience is a plus.- Microsoft Office
- High School diploma.
- Demonstrates time management skills,
- Organized and detail-oriented, reliable, and demonstrates a high level of motivation.
