MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):

• Process, pack, and ship order accurately

• Inspect products for damages

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Prepare products for shipping

• Some other duties can include a light amount of inventory management

• Training new associates to work instruction

• Providing monthly retraining for proactive quality control

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES (Experience/Training/Education/Certification):

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse setting

EXPECTED COMPETENCY

• Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment is preferred but will have the opportunity to learn
• Solid communication skills

• Ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs and ability to stand for at least 8 hours

• Open availability on weekends is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS OF THE POSITION

• Physical Demand: Light physical effort. For example, standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods, operating light office equipment, e.g., personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc., manually handling medium weight materials and/or equipment (0 to 10 pounds).

• Mental Demand: Moderate to high degree of concentration due to volume, complexity, and/or “pressure” of work.

• Accident or Health Hazard: Exposure to more serious injuries, such as eye injuries, hernia or occupational disease, which are not incapacitating in nature.

• Work scheduled: Flexible schedule; hours will include some evenings and weekends.

Degree of physical exertion required for the position

• Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary Work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Environmental conditions the employee will be subject to in this position

• Inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes.

REQUIRED

• Must be able to pass the Office of Inspector General (OIG) exclusion check, criminal background check and drug testing/screening.

• Must formally acknowledge to comply with Truepill’s legal requirements and Code of Conduct upon hire.

• Must complete employee eligibility verification to confirm U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire.

GENERAL STATEMENT

• Overtime may be required based on business needs. 24 hours advance notice will be provided.
