Note to applicant:

1. A typical work week will be Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. For working hours, we have different teams working on different shifts: 4:00-12:30; 6:00-14:30; 9:00-17:30.

2. The job requires some manual tasks (10% - 25% of daily load), computer skills (to use warehouse management devices) and forklift operations (to be trained, if needed).

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - ROLE MISSION

· Support the Distribution Center Management in accomplishing distribution center productivity goals.

· Responsibilities include receiving/shipping product, production assembly, inventory management, cost control, safety, quality, and team effectiveness.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Safe and efficient inbound/outbound transportation of product to assigned location;

· Verify inbound/outbound shipments are accurate/free of damage, report quality variances;

· Monitor warehouse equipment and perform preventative maintenance to mitigate product defects or machine malfunction;

· Utilize scanner to record and track accurate inventory levels;

· Support general warehouse operations by assisting with inbound/outbound/assembly process as required;

· Engage in cycle count activities to maintain accurate inventory levels, assist in physical inventories;

· Develop skillset of warehouse & assembly associate via cross-training opportunities;

· Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed standard work procedures, comply with OSHA and MSDS standards;

· Report to Team Leader immediately issues on available stock, material that does not meet quality standards, safety concerns/potential hazards, equipment maintenance.
