What this looks like (starts after 90 days):

• 3rd shift: $17.72/hour (includes 8% Night shift premium) up to $18.54/hour with attendance premium applied

On your 1st day you will receive 40 hours of Paid Time Off and will earn an additional 60 hours of Paid Time Off during your 1st year!

As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar you will:

• Performs the warehousing functions required with the processing, storing, moving, of parts, materials, supplies and
  operates various types of material movement equipment.
• Follow Standard Work
• Work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instructions
• Follow and understand source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders and package parts as necessary.
• Train others in Standard Work
• Follows documented procedures standard work, as defined in a variety of source documents to verity part numbers, part locations and quantities.
• Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
• Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to function as part of a team, willing to be multi-trained and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
• Contributing team member
• Must have effective communications skills

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in Industrial/Commercial/Residential Cleaning and Sanitation and Ability to run associated equipment
• Able to effectively communicate with management and supply acquisition
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule depending on department needs
