II. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Enterprise Vice President, Client Delivery Leader (HCDS) will lead a team of technology leaders partnering with C-level leadership and corporate operations executives to proactively deliver enterprise technology strategy to the hospitals and physician practices across the Tenet enterprise. Additionally responsible for all service delivery supporting the customers’ system architecture against metrics and KPIs that drive customer satisfaction, financial stewardship and robust technology service and support.
The Healthcare Client Delivery Services Team is the backbone of execution for all of the IT managed services delivered in the field inclusive of local application support. The VP, HCDS is responsible to partner with peers to ensure the timely delivery of software, hardware, cyber security and strategic programs fostering adoption and reduction of risk to Tenet’s overall operations.
Measurement of success is productivity, standardization, technology evolution, fiscal stewardship, contractual management of partners and their performance, customer KPIs and sSatisfaction, talent certification and rotation, responsiveness and effectiveness.
This leader will oversee the Client Delivery team, working with Tenet leadership, will be responsible for the customer delivery operating model. They will be responsible for continued improvements in the customer experience and for facilitating Voice of the Customer forums.

III. REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 10 years experience in IS client delivery and/or applications (clinical or non-clinical) and infrastructure support
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related IT field of study; Masters preferred.
