What Does a Valet Parking Attendant do?

The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for guests of hotels and restaurants. It is because of our amazing associates that we are known for our top-notch customer service. Our Valets are the face of our company! The Valet Attendant’s core responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service. They always welcome guests with a warm smile as they open doors for them and put them at ease as responsibility of parking and retrieving our guests' vehicles safely. The Valet will always treat our guests and their property with the utmost respect.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Maintain confidentiality of guests and hotel information
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to handle (up to 50lbs) of luggage
• Ability to run or jog to retrieve vehicles many times during a shift
• Must be at least 18 years old
